The guest house “Villa le Api” was born from the renovation of a large villa dating back to 1915. During the renovation, care was taken to maintain the peculiarities of a valuable property from the early 1900s and to reuse the original materials as much as possible, such as doors, windows, some floors and decorative friezes.

At the end of the last century, the villa was also used as a venue for international conferences and courses, which also hosted some Nobel Prize winners as speakers. “Villa le Api” is located a few hundred meters from the beach of Marina di Campo, the village and the airport.

The access to the villa is from the main road that leads to the nearby beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia. As soon as you enter, the large parking area covered with a photovoltaic roof is at your disposal. Here you will also find the bicycles that the property provides free of charge to reach the beach, the village center or the port of Marina di Campo in a few minutes, which you can also reach by foot in 15 minutes.

"Villa le Api" consists of two floors with double, triple and family rooms. The villa is surrounded by a terraced garden with the classic Elban dry stone walls, with olive trees, bougainvillea, lemon trees, agaves, laurel and oleander hedges.

Every guest can use the swimming pool (from June to September), the solarium, the barbecue and the gazebo with kitchen and tables, as well as the laundry room and the bicycle storage with tools for small maintenance jobs.

The structure accepts medium and large sized animals only in rooms with private garden.
